Surveys are the center around which everything in SurveyFactory revolves. You'll need to add a survey first before adding questions, publishing the survey, gathering results -- doing anything!

You'll find the Create Survey button in your Account Manager on the right side of the Surveys section. If you don't have any existing surveys, though, it may display as a larger button. The following images show you the two locations where you'll find the link.
